A large lot of about fifteen brass, bronze and copper objects, including trays, basins, etc. with chased decorations depicting palace scenes and dragons. China, late 19th century. Diameter : from 10 to 47cm. Provenance: Collection of Doctor Maurice Fournials. Appointed in 1923 to the French occupation corps in China, he later became in Peking the guard physician of the French legation, then assistant physician to the President of the Chinese Republic.
