To withdraw an item, you will need to arrange an appointment with our Storage and Shipping department :

Storage

From the 20th day, storage fees will apply. The rate is €5 excl. VAT per day per invoice.

Any purchase of furniture or bulky lots (+0.5 m3) will be placed in storage from 11:00 a.m. the day after the auction, at the buyer’s expense. Items can be collected by appointment at Chalette-sur-Loing (45).

Shipping

For insurance reasons, ROSSINI no longer handles shipping directly. You may, however, contact your preferred carrier or one of the following, offering the most advantageous rates:

Returns

For any return of a lot (seller), please make an appointment with the logistics manager:

Watches

The absence of a specific note does not imply that a watch is free of defects. No warranty is given on the condition of watches or straps. Servicing, adjustments, and water resistance remain the responsibility of the buyer.
