CARTIER CEINTURE 18K gold (750) wristwatch, opaline “CARTIER PARIS” dial, black railway-style minute track, Roman numeral hour markers in black decals, blued sword-shaped hands. Octagonal crown. 18K gold (750 thousandths) case back signed Cartier, reference 78100, numbered 3237, with “fabrication Cristalor SA” (hammerhead hallmark 104) on the inside. Hand-wound mechanical movement signed Cartier (based on ETA), caliber 78/1. Leather strap with an 18K gold (750 thousandths) folding clasp signed Cartier. The watch was in working order at the time of appraisal; however, there is no guarantee of future functionality or the condition of the parts. A few scratches on the case and clasp; signs of oxidation, stains, and chipped varnish on the dial. Comes with its Cartier warranty card dated February 13, 1980.
