A short wool coat with seagulls from the early days of Jean-Charles de Castelbajac for Ko and Co. Straight cut, high collar, long sleeves with lapels, two large pockets and front closure with five buttons, two of which are reverse buttoned. Reversible wool blanket bottom with gray seagulls on a pink background, a reference to the designer's boarding school blanket. Seagull wings on shoulders and cuffs. Rustic claw in printed buttercloth indicating Ko and Co designed by Jean-Charles de Castelbajac. Equivalent size 38 France. Circa 1967-1970. Good condition.
