SÈVRES - Lot 33
SÈVRES Porcelain vase in the “Anne-Marie Fontaine No. 2” style, tubular in shape with a straight neck and slightly tapered foot, decorated in Art Deco style with muffle green and gold, featuring a frieze of Asian figures. Good condition. Sèvres National Porcelain Manufactory, 1933. Green stamp mark known as the “rose” mark and letter-date “f” for the year 1933 on the reverse; signed at the bottom “AM FONTAINE” for the painter Anne-Marie Fontaine (1900–1938, active at the manufactory between 1920 and 1938), inscription “moufle” on the lower border on the reverse. H. 28 cm.
