Gilded bronze statue of Sahasrabhuya representing Avalokitesvara with a thousand arms.
Standing on a double-lotus base, the three rows of indigo-dyed heads each present three faces, surmounted by a demonic mask topped by a Buddha head. The front hands are clasped, the others holding attributes. The body is flanked by 17 pairs of outstretched arms. The outfit is finely chased.
