Chalice and paten in vermeil (950) and gilt metal, resting on a circular base engraved with a simple cross, the shaft with a simple flattened knot, the false cup straight. The paten (reported) is decorated in the center with a cross and the inscription "IHS" in a quatrefoil motif. Goldsmith: illegible, for the paten; Dejean Martin, for the chalice. Overall gross weight: 399 g.; Height: 18 cm
