Rare original fragment from the Hubble Space Telescope's Eur - Lot 58
Rare original fragment from the Hubble Space Telescope's European Space Agency solar panels, Cast in a glass block and presented in a box with the following inscription: "Cells from the original European Space Agency solar panel that powered the Hubble Space Telescope, in orbit from April 1990 to December 1993." Replaced during the 1993 maintenance mission, this faulty panel was recovered and then cut up. The Hubble Space Telescope is still in service today. Circa 1994. With original box. Dimensions: 9 × 9 cm approx.
