Model 1821 infantry officer's saber. Chased brass mounting. Oval cap with laurel wreath, shuttle-shaped joint bow, small hilt branch and modified quillon. Wooden spindle covered with leather and brass filigree. Blade by the Royal Manufactory of Klingenthal, curved with groove, gutter and counter-edge. Leather scabbard with two brass fittings, oxidation and minor accidents. Total length: 90 cm. France, first half of the 19th century.
