Théodore DECK (1823 - 1891) & Joseph CHÉRET (attributed to) "The Frogs". Stoneware vase with ovoid body and tubular neck with two detached applied side handles. High-relief decoration of a flock of putti hanging from branches and frogs in polychrome enamel on a green and whitish eggplant ground (chips in the decoration). Signed on reverse and marked A. Height: 35.5 cm History: a similar model is currently in the collections of the Musée Théodore Deck et des pays du Florival in Guebwiller (n°inv. MF111).
