INDOCHINA, late 19th, early 20th century Display cabinet with niches, display cases and drawers, richly decorated with dragons, peacocks and birds, topped by a pearly-eyed eagle in carved wood, resting on a quadripod base centered on a dragon's mouth, the scrolled legs joined at the front by openwork clouds. The central niche is embellished with a staircase, the two drawers are inlaid with mother-of-pearl and hardstones, and the panels with star motifs, frames and baguettes are enhanced by gilding painted on a black background. 191 x 109 x 38 cm Damage and missing parts
