Gold (916 thousandths) and carnelian drapery necklace, alternately decorated with a series of 6 repoussé gold discs with stylized geometric friezes and motifs, 16 carnelian beads, some faceted, and slightly flattened vermeil (800 thousandths) beads, the clasp in gold (385 thousandths). Minor knocks. Egyptian work of the 19th century, in the antique style. No apparent hallmark. Length: 45 cm. Gross weight: 64.8 g.
