Grand Officer's set of the Order of the White Eagle of Serbia (founded in 1882), of the 2nd type awarded to civilians after 1904.
The plate in vermeil (800 thousandths) and polychrome enamel, with diamond-point decoration, applied with a white enameled double-headed eagle under a royal crown, secured by a toggle pin.
The jewel in silver and vermeil (800 thousandths) and polychrome enamel, with its scarf ribbon in blue and red moiré silk taffeta. Minor crazing and missing enamel.
First half of the 20th century. No apparent hallmark.
Length: 9 cm. Gross weight: 101.3 g (plate).
