JAEGER-LECOULTRE REVERSO Steel tilting case wristwatch, opaline dial, black railway minute track, hour markers, Arabic numerals in silvered appliques, blued glaive hands, small seconds at six o'clock. Back of tilting case engraved with the initials HG. Back of watch marked "Patent Acier Staybrite Fab. Suisse" numbered 17955. Inside the tilting case, "Breveté SGDG" numbered 17955, on the edge numbered 862. Metal dust cover. Hand-wound mechanical movement signed Jaeger-LeCoultre, numbered 65552. Brown leather strap, metal pin buckle. Watch not functional at time of appraisal, with no guarantee of future operation or condition of parts. Scratches to case and crystal, dial heavily damaged and oxidized, missing balance wheel and bridge. Circa 1940 Dimensions 22 x 38 mm (lugs to lugs)
