CESAR "Compression Ring in 18k (750th) gold and 800th silver, featuring a cubic compression. Signed César on the compression, ET hallmark and illegible master hallmark. The ring can be unscrewed (later modified). Circa 1970. Compression dimensions: 1.9 x 1.9 cm. Gross weight: 44.80 g. Finger circumference: 58.
