Oval cap assembled to the guard with scallop frieze motifs.
Joint arch pierced for the lanyard and chased to connect the openwork plate decorated with a naval anchor under a crown.
Slightly curved quillon decorated with a dolphin head.
Horn spindle (watermark missing).
Slightly curved blade with groove and gutter, remains of Coulaux & cie signature on back.
Scabbard with three chased brass fittings with naval anchor and cap button.
Total length: 80 cm.
