ICART Louis (1888-1950) SACEM Etching in colors, 14/25, signed lower right, bears the artist's dry stamp lower left, upper left: copyright 1934 by L. Icart insolation, foxing, wetness, small edge chips plate: 40 x 49 cm - sheet: 51 x 65 cm NB: elements referring to the SACEM are scattered throughout this work, such as its date of creation at bottom left (1851), and the names of its founders on the cover of the brochure read by the two young girls on the right. This work was used to illustrate diplomas awarded by SACEM.
