Chased and gilded bonze clock decorated with a forge scene with an angel on an anvil, topped by a pair of eagles. The circular white enameled dial shows the minutes in Arabic numerals and the hours in Roman numerals, with openworked hands. The raised base is adorned with a garland of braided laurels and a frieze of interlacing flowers, and stands on four toupie feet. Partly Louis XVI period. Pendulum movement. Dim: 30 x 23 x 12 cm. (Traces of oxidation and a few chips).
