Émile GALLÉ (1846 - 1904)
Tubular vase with conical neck on swollen base and recessed pedestal. Proof in mixed violet and orange glass with pink flecks on a partially bubbled whitish ground. Inlaid decoration of three butterflies in flight, finely reworked with a wheel (minor firing defects).
