Shotgun by Purdey & Sons. 12-gauge external hammer system. Double-barreled 30-inch damascus steel table top barrel signed on the firing band. Barrel opening by key between the hammers. English checkered walnut stock. Finely chased locks, trigger guard and toggle. Gun numbered 10737. Good mechanics. Barrel length: 76.5 cm Overall length: 118.5 Work of the last third of the 19th century. Category C ? Preserved in its original box with papers. Wooden case covered with tan leather and brass, lined with red felt compartments.
