Gilt bronze mounting.
Oval cap assembled to the guard with scallop frieze motifs.
Chased joint arch linking the openwork plate decorated with a naval anchor under a crown.
Slightly curved quillon decorated with a dolphin head.
Horn spindle (watermark missing).
Slightly curved blade with two gutters and central snap ring.
Scabbard with three chased brass fittings with navy anchor and cap button.
Some damage and oxidation to the blade, wear.
Total length: 79 cm.
