Bosc extols the advantages of "this useful establishment. [...] The strictest economy, based on the healthiest physique, guides these operations", which should be increased. The central committee hopes "to be able to distribute 600,000 rations this winter, instead of the 164,000 it distributed last winter. To achieve this, it already has 56,000ll in its hands, provided by the Republic's highest authority and by the increase in subscribers already announced.
