List with names of President, secretaries, and signatures of "associates": in addition to Gilbert Romme, Viaur de Belair, Hochet de la Terrie, etc., are listed. Attached are 2 l.s. by Jacobin societies (Société des Amis de la Liberté et de l'Égalité), with vignettes: Cherbourg January 8, 1793 (numerous signatures), and Marseille March 17, 1793.
