FLAUBERT (Gustave). Salammbo. Malakoff, la tradition, 1947. In-4 in leaves, in a publisher's slipcase and filled cover, edition illustrated by Hertenberger with 39 original etchings, 10 of which are double-page. Limited edition of 320 numbered copies on Arches vellum, this one n°121, one of 50 copies to which a first state of the etchings has been added. This copy is enriched with an etching signed and justified 24/160. (Minor foxing to the separate etching, slight wear to the slipcase).
