COIFFEUSE In amaranth and satin-finish veneer, inlaid with birds pecking at each other, quivers, laurel branches, urns and musical instruments in reserves framed by Greek-style fillets, opening on the front with two drawers and a leather-trimmed pull, and on the top with a central dark mirror flap flanked by a flap on either side revealing a box. Cambered legs. Stamp of Jacques BIRCKLÉ (received master in 1764) and mark of the Jurande des Menuisiers Ebénistes (not very legible).
