18K (750) gold keepsake holder embossed with a young girl in profile, allegory of spring, crowned with flowers, her necklace and hair set with rose-cut diamonds, the surround and setting adorned with rose-cut diamonds; it opens into a compartment, the reverse chased with flowers. Monogrammed.
