In all, a collection of 12 works and a few manuscripts (approx. 80 leaves) on the Assemblée des notables of 1787, constituting a comprehensive account of this political event, whose failure led to the convening of the Estates-General. - 1st collection: [CALONNE and DUPONT DE NEMOURS]. First edition, complete in four divisions, with 2 folding tables (INED, n°913). "The appearance of such documents from official sources is a historic event" (Stourm, p. 133).
