Important lot of more than three hundred positive or negative stereoscopic glass plates. Circa 1900-1920. Medium format: Approx. 2.8 to 9.8 cm to 18 x 9 cm (some missing).
By one or more amateur photographers. Subjects: travel, monuments, seaside and mountain landscapes, children, parks, family, leisure, meetings and events, military, World War I, the dead, trenches, soldiers, ruins, poilus, Trocadero Museum, Toulon, troops, Grenoble, Rome, Venice (some with handwritten captions on the plates). Attached is a document with stereoscopic views, mainly on 35mm film.
