L.A.S., Moulins l9 brumaire II (November 9, 1793), "to the Republican Brillanter contractor of the Moulins Arms Factory; 1 page in-4. Charged by the Convention with the establishment and the putting into activity of the cannon foundries, "the Republican Noël Pointe d'Arme ville, here before St Étienne, Representative of the French people in the departments of Nièvre and Allier", orders the contractor to gather "all the Republican workers of the manufacture, of all the states without distinction, and the workers only. I want [...] to take from them all the information which is necessary to me, to act and operate with knowledge of cause"...
