December 27, 1792, minute of letter to ROLAND about the accounts of the Municipality of Paris which have not yet been examined; Bailly thus delays his trip to Paris... * 3 P.S., Nantes 1792-1793; certificates of residence established by the Municipality of Nantes (stamps, numerous signatures) at the time of the arrival of Bailly in Nantes in October 1792; he resides initially Cours Saint-André then Rue Vignolle; one of the documents carries his description: "aged fifty six years, wearing a wig, height of five feet eight inches, long and thin figure, long and aquillain nose, eyes, hair, beard and gray eyebrows" (one attaches 2 other unsigned certificates). * 3 L.A.S. from Louis TASSIN to Bailly, December 11, 1792-June 19, 1793 (6 p. in-4, adr.), about the auditing of the accounts of the Municipality of Paris after the administration of Bailly (plus various documents).
