Jean-Baptiste BOYER-FONFRÈDE (1765-1793) conventioneer (Giro - Lot 65
Jean-Baptiste BOYER-FONFRÈDE (1765-1793) conventioneer (Gironde), guillotined with the Girondins. L.A.S., [Bordeaux 1789 ?]; half page, following a L.A.S. from his friend Alexis Baour; in all 3 pages in-8, address. Baour warns him of a meeting, which he proposes to Boyer-Fonfèdre to host at his house: "your lower apartments are vast and convenient". He lists the guests: this Committee is composed of 11 people, some of whom will become deputies to the National Assembly: Journu, Aubert, Nairac, Sers, Ducos [brother-in-law of Boyer-Fonfèdre, Conventionnel guillotined at the same time as him on October 31, 1793], etc. Boyer not having time to deal with the printing of invitation tickets, addresses this letter to a third party so that he takes care of it, indicating to specify that he will be ready to receive them at six o'clock "to discuss there in private committee the project presented to the assembly by Mr. Riqueti the elder"...
