L.S., Rennes 25 germinal II (April 14, 1794), to "his fellow citizens of the Faubourg St Antoine"; 1 page in-4. $ "Citizens, it is because of the trust you have placed in me that I have found myself in a position to serve the Republic, I owe you an account of my conduct and an explanation of the charges from which no one is immune."... He announces the sending of a copy of his letter to the Jacobins; his signature is followed by the mention: "required by the people's representative in charge of the armies of the west and Brest."
