Tripod GUERIDON in richly chased and gilded bronze decorated with acanthus leaves, falls of piastres, ribbon bows, oak leaves garlands and fire pot, the feet ended by a hoof. Marble marquetry top decorated with a starry rosette bordered by a row of bronze pearls. Second half of the 19th century. Height : 72 cm 72 cm Diameter : 54 cm Provenance : collection of Claude-André Puget (playwright) and his wife Arlette (decorator), both great Art lovers.
