Two screens, China, 19th century Pair of black feather hand screens painted with flowers and phoenix. The shafts of the feathers together form the handles. H.t. 52 cm (worn) Provenance: former collection of Michel Maignan. This pair of screens was presented during the exhibition "Chine Chinoiseries" at the Château de Maisons-Laffitte in 2005-2006.
