MILITARIA A substantial lot of 15 military medals and decorations, including a World War I Croix de Guerre with a ribbon featuring two distinctive stars, a medal of the French Far East Expeditionary Corps for Indochina, a military medal in silver plated and gilded metal, dating from the Third or Fourth Republic, a Belgian commemorative medal from World War I bearing the portrait of King Albert I of the Belgians, two commemorative medals “To the Glory of the Wounded,” in silver (800 parts per thousand), issued by the Red Cross, dated 1914–1915 on the reverse, a Free France cross, a commemorative medal marking the reign of King Leopold II of the Belgians, a commemorative medal marking the reign of Frederick III of Prussia, etc. France and Belgium, 20th century. Included are two gold-plated ceremonial bars featuring 4 and 6 miniature medals, with ribbons.
