In-12 paperback in folio slipcase, transparent front cover revealing an etching, title page on spine, edition illustrated by Jacques Hérold.
Limited edition of 1707 numbered copies, this one no. 57, one of the 57 first copies contained in a "livre-tableau" built by the Duval workshop, including 3 original etchings in color on Rives vellum, signed and justified by the artist, with the rest of the illustrations reproduced in black in the body of the volume.
