HUAUT GENEVA 18K (750 thousandths) gold quarter-repeating pocket watch, white enamel dial, black minute track, hour markers with black painted Arabic numerals, gilt Louis XV hands. 18K (750 thousandths) gold caseback decorated with floral engravings. Openworked and engraved cock movement, counter-pivot, rosette for setting watch advance and delay and striking speed, plate signed G. HUAUT GENÈVE N°478, verge escapement, fusée chain system. Watch partially functional at time of appraisal, with no guarantee of future operation or condition of parts. Scratches to the case, cracks to the dial, missing glass and bezel opening pushers.
