Large bowl formed by a Sèvres porcelain salad bowl mounted in chased gilt bronze in the Rocaille style, the exterior decorated with an ogival frieze, a frieze of flowers and a blue zone, the interior decorated in the center with a large polychrome bouquet of flowers, surrounded by a frieze of flowers and a frieze of plants in gold, the later mounting with two double handles chased with rocaille scrolls. Manufacture royale de Sèvres, Charles X period, 1825 (marked on reverse). Napoleon III period. H. 24 x D. 31.5 cm.
