Proclamation on his return to France: "Salut, ô France! Cradle of my ancestors; land of all virtues and devotion! Greetings, O nation, great among all the great! O my homeland! You whom I love to the point of idolatry! He then alludes to the claims of the Duke of Bordeaux: "Henri V can do nothing for France.
