Napoleon III period, 1853-1868.
Goldsmith's hallmark: CC different scale and CHRISTOFLE mark.

In 1851, Emperor Napoleon III commissioned Charles Christofle (1805-1863) to produce official Empire dinner services. His titles of King's Goldsmith and Emperor's Supplier enabled the now-famous firm to be solicited by foreign sovereigns such as the Emperor of Mexico and the Tsar of Russia.
