Paul SORMANI (1817-c.1877) Cylinder desk in blackened wood veneer of architectural form, the lower part opening with two lateral quarter-round leaves revealing shelves, the upper part formed by a cylinder flap with shelves and surmounted by a balustrade. Decorated with flowers, shells and gilded bronze moulding. Signed "P. Sormani 10 rue Charlot Paris" on one lock. H. 136 - W. 133 - D. 63 cm Damaged veneer, interior to be restored, cracks.
