(36x28 cm) partly printed with vignette and engraved decorative frame. Beautiful patent granted to Citizen Joseph Wolf, Sergeant in the Troupes de Lignes de la Garde Nationale, for having served 24 years with valor. The Conseil Exécutif Provisoire grants him "the right to wear all his life, on the left side of his suit, at the height of the third buttonhole, the Medallion of the Two Swords in saltire", represented in an engraved medallion...
